What Does the abdominal X-ray Result Indicate?
the x ray of whole abdominal confirms " Uterus is normal in size , An approx 5.0 cmx 3.5 cm hypoechoic mass is seen bulging from the left side of the uterine body . Overies are normal in size (RO 2.8x1.5cm & LO 2.6x1.4cm) No Collection /free fluid seen in pelvis ."

My Question Is : 1. Is there any abnormality in report which may lead problem in future ?
2. If it is a matter of concern what remedy is recommended ?
3.Is it necessary for her to start treatment before she start her married life ?

Your ultrasound findings(can't be X-ray of whole abdomen)suggests large fibroid in left side of uterus.
Fibroid is benign tumour of uterus.
Fibroid may cause problem in future pregnancy.
Its treatment depend upon many things like age,symptoms,family is completed or not etc.
Its treatment is both conservative and surgical.As patient is unmarried she may only need conservative treatment after evaluation.Conservative treatment mainly includes hormone therapy.
Other findings like ovaries etc are normal.She need evluation by gynecologist.
